Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you visit mentor.ichentsai.tw (the "Site"), how it is used, and the choices you have. The Site is operated by 新思惟國際有限公司 (InnovaRad), a company registered in Taiwan, Unified Business No. 53847842 ("we," "us" or "our").
At this stage the Site has no accounts, sign-in or purchases. The only personal information we ask for is through the optional waitlist described in section 2, for people who want to be told when enrollment opens. Everything else described below is limited to what is involved in visiting a website and in writing to us by email.
1. Information collected when you visit or write to us
Emails you send us. If you write to us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and the content of your message. We use this only to reply to you and to keep a record of our correspondence. Please do not send identifiable patient information (see our Terms of Use).
Analytics. We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, to understand how the Site is used: for example, which pages are viewed, how visitors reach the Site, the type of device and browser used, and approximate location (such as country or city) derived from your IP address. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies, and Google processes this information under its own terms and privacy policy. We look at the results only as aggregate reports; we do not use Google Analytics to identify individual visitors.
Page counter. Each page you open sends a request to a simple page-view counter that we run on Cloudflare. The request contains only the name of this Site. The counter stores a daily total of page views for the Site. It reads your browser's user-agent string only to skip known automated bots, and it does not store that string, your IP address or any cookie.
Server logs. The Site is hosted on Cloudflare. When you visit, Cloudflare processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the Site, such as your IP address, browser user agent, the page requested and the time of the request, and may keep it in logs for security and performance purposes. We do not combine this information with other information to identify you.
Preferences on your device. The Site remembers your language choice in a cookie named ilang. It exists only to show the Site in the language you chose and is not used to track you.
Web fonts. The Site's typefaces are served by Google Fonts. To deliver them, your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address and browser user agent. Google Fonts does not set cookies. See Google's privacy notes for Google Fonts.
2. The enrollment waitlist
What we collect. If you choose to join the waitlist on our home page, we collect your email address (required); your current role, specialty and state, if you choose to give them; the date and time you joined; the version of the consent wording you agreed to; and the page you joined from.
Why. We use this information only to email you when enrollment opens, and to count interest in aggregate (for example, how many residents have joined). We do not use it for any other marketing. We do not send a confirmation email when you join. Any email we send about enrollment will include a way to unsubscribe.
Storage and sharing. Waitlist entries are stored in a database on Cloudflare, our hosting provider, that is not publicly accessible. We do not sell waitlist information, and we do not share it with anyone other than Cloudflare, which stores it for us.
How long. We keep your entry until you ask us to remove it, or until 12 months after enrollment opens, whichever comes first.
Removal. To be removed from the waitlist or to unsubscribe, email [email protected] from the address you signed up with, and we will delete your entry.
Abuse protection. To limit automated or repeated submissions, we keep a one-way, salted hash of your IP address together with a counter for up to two hours, and then delete it. The form also contains a hidden field that only automated programs fill in.
3. How we use information
We use the information described above to operate, maintain and secure the Site; to understand which content is useful so that we can improve it; to tell waitlist members when enrollment opens; to reply to your messages; and to comply with legal obligations.
4. How information is shared
We do not sell your personal information. We disclose information only:
- to service providers that host and run the Site and store the waitlist for us (Cloudflare) and that provide analytics (Google), to the extent needed for them to provide their services;
- when required by law, regulation or legal process, or in response to a lawful request from a government authority;
- when needed to protect the rights, safety or security of our users, the Site, InnovaRad or others; and
- to a successor organization if the operation of the Site is transferred, for example to a different company that takes over the Site. If that happens, we will update this policy.
5. Cookies and your choices
The Site uses the following cookies and similar technologies:
ilang: remembers your language choice (kept for up to one year);- Google Analytics cookies (names beginning with
_ga): used to distinguish visits for analytics, as described in section 1.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the Site will still work, although your language choice will not be remembered. You can also prevent Google Analytics from using information about your visits by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. 6. How long information is kept
Waitlist entries are kept as described in section 2. We keep emails for as long as needed to reply to you and to maintain our records. The page counter keeps only daily totals, which contain no personal information. Analytics data is kept by Google according to the retention setting of our Google Analytics account, after which only aggregate reports remain. Cloudflare keeps its logs according to its own policies.
7. Security
All pages of the Site are served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Waitlist entries are kept in a database that is not publicly accessible. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information we handle.
8. Children
The Site is intended for physicians, medical students and other adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. International processing
We are based in Taiwan. The Site and the waitlist are hosted on Cloudflare's global network, and analytics are processed by Google, so information about you may be processed in countries other than the one where you live, including Taiwan. The data protection laws of those countries may differ from those of your country.
10. Your rights
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you (in practice, your waitlist entry, if any, and the emails you have sent us), and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will respond to requests as required by the law that applies.
11. When enrollment opens
This policy covers the Site as it operates now. Before enrollment opens, we will update this policy to describe the information collected from participants and how it is used, and you will be able to read it before you enroll.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date at the top. If a change is material, we will also note it prominently on the Site.

現階段本網站沒有帳號、登入或購買。我們唯一會索取個人資料的地方，是第二節所述、供想在開放報名時收到通知者自由選擇加入的通知名單。以下其餘所述的資訊，僅限於瀏覽網站與以電子郵件聯絡我們時所涉及的部分。
一、您造訪或來信時蒐集的資訊
您寄給我們的電子郵件。您來信時，我們會收到您的電子郵件地址、您在信中提供的姓名，以及信件內容。我們只用這些資訊回覆您，並保存往來紀錄。請勿傳送可辨識病人的資料（見網站使用條款）。
網站分析。我們使用 Google 提供的網站分析服務 Google Analytics，了解本網站的使用情形，例如瀏覽了哪些頁面、訪客如何來到本網站、使用的裝置與瀏覽器類型，以及由您的 IP 位址推估的大致位置（例如國家或城市）。Google Analytics 會使用 cookie 及類似技術，並由 Google 依其自身的條款與隱私權政策處理這些資訊。我們只看彙整後的報表，不會用 Google Analytics 辨識個別訪客。
瀏覽計數器。您每開啟一個頁面，就會向我們在 Cloudflare 上執行的簡易瀏覽計數器送出一次請求。這個請求只包含本網站的名稱。計數器只儲存本網站每天的瀏覽總數；它讀取您瀏覽器的 user-agent 字串，只是為了略過已知的自動化程式，並不儲存該字串、您的 IP 位址或任何 cookie。
伺服器紀錄。本網站由 Cloudflare 代管。您造訪時，Cloudflare 會處理傳送與保護本網站所需的技術資訊，例如您的 IP 位址、瀏覽器 user-agent、請求的頁面與請求時間，並可能為安全與效能目的保存於紀錄中。我們不會將這些資訊與其他資訊結合以辨識您。
存在您裝置上的偏好設定。本網站以名為 ilang 的 cookie 記住您選擇的語言。它只用來以您選擇的語言顯示本網站，不用來追蹤您。
網頁字型。本網站的字型由 Google Fonts 提供。為了載入字型，您的瀏覽器會連線到 Google 的伺服器，Google 會因此收到您的 IP 位址與瀏覽器 user-agent。Google Fonts 不設定 cookie。詳見 Google 對 Google Fonts 隱私的說明。
二、開放報名通知名單
蒐集什麼。如您選擇在首頁加入通知名單，我們會蒐集您的電子郵件地址（必填）；您選擇提供時，另蒐集您目前的身分、專科與所在的州；以及您加入的日期與時間、您所同意之同意文字的版本，與您從哪一個頁面加入。
目的。我們只用這些資訊在開放報名時寄信通知您，並以彙整方式統計有興趣的人數（例如有多少位住院醫師加入）。我們不會將其用於任何其他行銷。您加入時，我們不會寄送確認信。我們寄出的任何報名通知信，都會附上取消訂閱的方式。
儲存與分享。名單資料存放於我們的網站代管服務 Cloudflare 上一個不對外公開的資料庫。我們不出售名單資訊，除了代我們儲存資料的 Cloudflare 之外，也不與任何人分享。
保存多久。我們會保存您的資料，直到您要求移除，或開放報名後 12 個月，以先到者為準。
移除。如要退出名單或取消訂閱，請用您登記的電子郵件地址寄信到 [email protected]，我們會刪除您的資料。
防止濫用。為了限制自動化或重複送出，我們會將您 IP 位址加鹽後的單向雜湊值連同一個計數保存最多兩小時，之後即刪除。表單另有一個只有自動化程式才會填寫的隱藏欄位。
三、我們如何使用資訊
我們使用上述資訊來經營、維護並保護本網站；了解哪些內容有用，以便改進；在開放報名時通知名單上的人；回覆您的來信；以及履行法律義務。
四、資訊如何分享
我們不出售您的個人資訊。我們只在下列情形揭露資訊：
- 提供給為我們代管與執行本網站、儲存通知名單（Cloudflare）及提供網站分析（Google）的服務供應商，以其提供服務所需為限；
- 依法律、法規或法律程序要求，或回應政府機關的合法請求；
- 為保護使用者、本網站、InnovaRad 或他人的權利、安全或資訊安全所必要時；以及
- 本網站的經營移轉時，提供給承接的組織，例如由另一家公司接手經營本網站。若發生這種情形，我們會更新本政策。
五、Cookie 與您的選擇
本網站使用下列 cookie 及類似技術：
ilang：記住您選擇的語言（最長保存一年）；- Google Analytics 的 cookie（名稱以
_ga開頭）：用於網站分析時區分不同的造訪，如第一節所述。

六、資訊保存多久
通知名單資料依第二節所述保存。電子郵件保存至回覆您及維護往來紀錄所需的期間。瀏覽計數器只保存每日總數，不含任何個人資訊。網站分析資料由 Google 依我們 Google Analytics 帳戶的保存設定保存，之後只留下彙整報表。Cloudflare 依其自身政策保存其紀錄。
七、資訊安全
本網站所有頁面都以加密連線（HTTPS）傳送。通知名單資料存放於不對外公開的資料庫。任何傳輸或儲存方式都無法做到完全安全，但我們會採取合理措施保護所處理的資訊。
八、兒童
本網站的對象是醫師、醫學生及其他成年人，並非以 13 歲以下兒童為對象，我們也不會在知情的情況下蒐集 13 歲以下兒童的個人資訊。如您認為有兒童向我們傳送了個人資訊，請與我們聯絡，我們會予以刪除。
九、跨境處理
我們位於台灣。本網站與通知名單由 Cloudflare 的全球網路代管，網站分析由 Google 處理，因此與您有關的資訊可能在您居住國以外的國家處理，包括台灣。這些國家的資料保護法律可能與您所在國家不同。
十、您的權利
您可以來信 [email protected]，詢問我們持有哪些關於您的個人資訊（實際上就是您在通知名單上的資料，如果有的話，以及您寄給我們的電子郵件），並要求更正或刪除。依您居住地的不同，您可能依當地法律享有其他權利，我們會依適用法律的要求回應您的請求。
十一、開放報名之後
本政策涵蓋本網站目前的運作方式。開放報名之前，我們會更新本政策，說明向參加者蒐集的資訊及其使用方式，讓您在報名前就能閱讀。
十二、本政策的修改
我們可能不時更新本政策。更新時，我們會在本頁公布更新後的版本，並修改頁首的生效日期；如屬重大修改，我們也會在本網站上醒目地註明。
